Away from her husband for the first time in five years, Gamhee (Kim Minhee) decides to reconnect with three of her female friends over the course of three days. She visits the first two at their homes, and the third she encounters by chance at a theater. While they make friendly conversation, as always, several currents flow independently above and below the surface of the sea, and each encounter, for one reason or another, ends interrupted by a jarring intrusion from a man.
