Four years in the making, the filmmaking team behind the award-winning MANUFACTURED LANDSCAPES and WATERMARK complete their trilogy with a stunning and sobering reflection on the human capacity for transforming the planet for our purposes. Part of a multidisciplinary project, this documentary chronicles the work of an international team of scientists who have spent a decade researching the profound geological change caused by human endeavour. A stunning work of cinema that combines art and technology, ANTHROPOCENE: THE HUMAN EPOCH provides us a rare opportunity to look at the unnatural world we’ve created.
