Brendan James Boyd
Brendan James Boyd (he/him) is a puppeteer, puppet builder and filmmaker whose nearly two decade long career has spanned from owning and operating a local puppetry company to being involved in major feature films and international television. Whether it's helping make a 16 foot tall marionette climb a 41 story building, or performing and fabricating puppets on Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock on Apple TV+, Brendan's commitment to making puppetry his career continues to take him to new heights. He is the co-founder and co-owner of Puppet Stuff Canada, Western Canada's busiest puppet creation studio, whose work can be seen on stages and screens across the globe. Outside of his work with puppets, Brendan is an award winning filmmaker and special effects artist, having won multiple awards for his work in the indie horror genre.
