CHEN CHEN is the winner of the 2020 CIFF Best Student Short Film Award.
While taking care of his home-ridden brother with cerebral palsy, Chen is made aware that, despite being disabled, his brother has the same sexual urges and desires as everyone else, something that no one had ever considered. Heart-wrenched and empathetic, Chen decides to take his brother out of their home to let him experience what life is like in the real world, leading to an adventure full of unforeseen consequences.
