Our story recounts the tragedy of a Mother living with her family in an isolated Cottage near a forest. With three daughters, she is despised by her husband for not bearing him a son, and when she discovers that the Father of her children is having an affair, she turns to the Goddess of Fertility, Astlik, to give her strength to act in her powerless life. She is given visions of a strong and driven son that will fulfill her dream of a united and loving family. One by one her children disappear, and paranoia grows in the isolated homestead, leading to a final altercation that cements the future of the family.
