Thanks for purchasing a CIFF Pass! This pass unlocks unlimited regular screenings, exclusive perks, and insider access across the festival. Here’s everything you need to make the most of it.

Step-by-Step: How to Use Your Pass

1. Log Into Your CIFF Account
Use the same email you used to purchase your pass. Your pass should automatically appear in your account dashboard.

2. Book Your Screenings

• Visit the CIFF schedule

• Choose a film and screening time

• Click “Reserve Ticket” — your pass will apply automatically at checkout

Note: Your pass allows one ticket per screening per pass. If you’d like to bring a guest, they will need their own ticket.

3. Check Your Email
You’ll receive a confirmation with a scannable QR code for each ticket. Show this at the venue — no need to print.

Transfer Rules

• Your pass is not transferable — it is registered to your name and email.

• Tickets booked with your pass are also non-transferable.

Where to Pick Up Your Pass

You can pick up your pass at the Delta Hotel Downtown Calgary (209 4 Ave SE) starting on.
