Struggling actress Celine spirals after a breakup, scamming customer service reps and flirting with doctors at her job as a medical actor. When she meets a handsome guy on the street, she follows him into an Al-Anon meeting and invents a story about her ex's drug addiction to win his sympathy. But when her new crush's volatile, alcoholic sister crashes their fantasy night, Celine is forced to reckon with her own addiction to drama.
