Mutated melons are rampaging through the city, posing a deadly threat to all its inhabitants. A group of young heroes, armed with an endless supply of chips, hatches a plan to save the city. Made by children, this short film playfully pokes fun at the disaster genre, giving it a humorous twist. It was created as part of Czech Television’s series GENERATION: NIKA.

GENERATION: NIKA is a film workshop project in which young people from Kharkiv and Kherson tell their own stories – through their own eyes and with their own cameras. Czech Television and Punk Film (CZ) are producing the series as well as an upcoming feature film.
