Set in a coastal town promoting relocation to artists, the film follows 14-year-old Sosuke, a laid-back teenager in the school art club, and his friends as their lives become entangled with the mysterious world of adults. While the children dive headfirst into the challenges they encounter, the adults stumble along, searching for answers.
