Maxime Giroux (THE GREAT DARKENED DAYS, CIFF 2018), winner of the RBC Emerging Canadian Artist Award that year, returns to the festival with his first English-language feature, IN COLD LIGHT, written by Patrick Whistler (DREAMLAND). This Calgary-shot thriller premiered at the 2025 Tribeca Festival, and it stars Maika Monroe (IT FOLLOWS), Canadian writer, actor and producer Allan Hawco (WEIRDOS), and Academy Award® winners Troy Kotsur (CODA) and Helen Hunt (AS GOOD AS IT GETS).
