We are excited to announce that as part of your Industry Pass this year, you get a ticket to a selection of films and shorts packages that tie directly to our conversations and panels during Industry Week at CIFF. See the list below to read more about the films. These tickets will be added to your Eventive account after September 7th if you have bought a Standard or a Student Industry pass. Here are the films:

BENJI’S HOUR: A law-breaking teenager befriends an unstable cancer patient who irreversibly alters the course of his life.

ROMI: Forced to hide out at a state-of-the-art smart home, a young woman on the run is terrorized by ROMI, its sinister digital assistant.

ISLE OF HOPE: A university professor with a grudge against her self-absorbed mother tries to figure out where her life went off track.

IN FLAMES: When the family patriarch dies, a mother and daughter’s precarious existence meets a haunting past. They must find shared strength to survive the malevolent forces that threaten to engulf them.

ASOG: Follows Rey, a 40-year-old non-binary teacher and typhoon survivor, on a roadtrip to fame.

RED ROOMS: A woman obsessed with a serial killer on trial goes down a dark path to seek the missing video of a murdered 13-year-old girl.

I DON’T KNOW WHO YOU ARE: Struggling against time and financial constraints, a gay musician races to secure life-saving HIV medication after an assault, finding love and defying stigma in the process.

RILEY: The life of a disciplined high school athlete begins to unravel when his queer identity competes against the idea of who he was supposed to be.

AFTER LAUGHTER, COMES TEARS (Shorts Package): Laughing until you cry or crying until you're laughing? These darkly comedic shorts will keep you on your toes.

CASH RULES EVERYTHING AROUND ME (Shorts Package): Money, Money, Money. The root of all evil but also makes the world go round. Struggling for money seems to be a universal theme these days and it really hits home in these films from around the world.
