Zero Issue is a comic book-based brewery celebrating the nerdier side of life. We are telling beautifully illustrated stories with great beer as our pen. 

MULTIVERSE: A classic and balanced West Coast style pale ale. The caramel malts provide sweetness to balance the piney, resinous hops, and the hop blend also provides a bright grapefruit zest note that keeps it fresh and refreshing.

ROC: Brewed with flaked maize, this light, crisp, refreshing lager has a slight sweetness and dry finish that makes it the perfect getaway beer.

HOW TO PLAY

Once the participant has purchased the beverage or partaken in the activity shown in a square on this card, said square will be marked as "completed" through the application of a sticker by an authorized member of participating brewery staff or CIFF 2023 volunteer.

Participants do not need a completion sticker for the centre square as it is a "free space."

To receive a completion sticker for a beer square, please provide proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt) to a staff member at the Calgary location of the participating brewery to which the purchased beer corresponds or to a CIFF 2023 volunteer at BarCode XR.

To receive a completion sticker for the "Watch a CIFF Movie at Cineplex Eau Claire" square, you will need a valid ticket, printed or digital, purchased under your name or the name of a present party, to a CIFF 2023 film screening. Present this ticket to a CIFF 2023 volunteer at BarCode XR after the film screening listed on your ticket has concluded.

To receive a completion sticker for the "Play a Game at BarCode XR " square, approach a CIFF 2023 volunteer in BarCode XR after playing a game or engaging with a VR experience provided by BarCode XR.

HOW TO WIN

Participants who receive completion stickers in an "X" formation on this card (i.e. purchased Binge Watch, Jam Rock, ROC Mexican Lager and completed the "Play a Game at BarCode XR " square) are eligible to receive a small merchandise item(s) from the lower row of prizes on display at BarCode XR.

Participants who receive completion stickers on every square on this card are eligible to receive a large merchandise item from the upper row of prizes on display at BarCode XR.

REDEEM YOUR PRIZE(S)

Present your card to a CIFF 2023 volunteer in BarCode XR. The volunteer will assess your card. Upon determining that your card meets the winning criteria outlined above, the volunteer will help you pick out your prize and verify that you have been awarded by marking the back of your card.

Assessment of this card and subsequent code awarding is up to the aforementioned volunteer's discretion.

FURTHER RULES & REGULATIONS

• Only (1) card per person. Each prize can only be redeemed once per individual.
• All participants must be 18 years of age and over at the time the card is issued.
• Prizes can only be claimed between September 21, 2023 and October 1, 2023.
• All prizes must be redeemed at BarCode XR in Eau Claire Market.
